Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) seeks a data-driven engineer to analyze performance, document results, and present recommendations to customers. The role blends hands-on testing with project coordination in a factory-environment setting.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Engineering and 0–3 years of experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Pro-E. Expect exposure to lab/testing facilities and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 0–3 years of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Combination of hands-on technical skills and project management.
• Experience in a research and development or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to write technical documents.
• Design knowledge of Pro-E.

Responsibilities

• Performs data analysis to identify improvements for products, systems or services.
• Communicates performance results to ATS and customer management with metrics and reports.
• Facilitates technical projects by coordinating resources and stakeholders.
• Performs hands‑on technical duties to support department goals.
• Executes test planning and execution in lab, test facilities or field environments.
• Performs DUT removal, inspection, installation, assembly, disassembly and cleaning.
• Introduces process improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Troubleshoots, assists in debugging, maintains safety and inventory, and supports test coordination.
