Baltimore County is seeking an Engineering Assistant in the Permit Processing Section to review, process, and approve building, electrical, and plumbing permits under general supervision. The role handles a high-volume workflow and ensures documentation meets regulatory standards.

Possession of a high school diploma or an appropriate equivalent

Four years' experience in field or office work that entailed the evaluation or drafting of engineering, architectural, or development plans and drawings.
(Additional education in an engineering related field may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required experience. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required education.)
