Baltimore County Engineering Associate (Permit Processing) supports the Development Management Division by performing routine subprofessional engineering and permitting duties. This role serves as the frontline contact for inquiries and guides applicants through the permit lifecycle.
Applicants must have a high school diploma and four years of subprofessional engineering experience, with possible substitutions for higher education.
Pay Schedule I, Grade 23 Regular Schedule: 35 hours per week

Under general supervision, performs routine subprofessional engineering, drafting, design, and computational work.

Possession of a high school diploma or an appropriate equivalent
Four years' subprofessional engineering experience.
(Additional qualifying education may be substituted on a year-for-year basis up to a maximum of four years for the required experience.)
