Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in obtaining and reviewing approvals for shop drawings, data, and samples.
• Help manage RFIs and communicate information across the project team.
• Assist in preparing change order estimates with subcontractors.
• Study drawings and specs to ensure coordination and installation.
• Maintain contract documents, project logs, and digital records.
• Distribute information to relevant parties for construction.
• Support engineering to ensure materials are released on time.
• Contribute to final project records and close-out documentation.
