Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of college education in Engineering, Construction, or relevant field.
• Experience in construction administration preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer applications and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in obtaining and reviewing information for shop drawings, product data, and samples, and communicate across project teams.
• Assist in submitting and responding to RFIs.
• Assist in preparing estimates for changes in work and review Change Orders.
• Study contract drawings and specifications for proper coordination and installation.
• Assist in maintaining contract documents, electronic records, and project logs.
• Distribute information to appropriate parties.
• Assist Engineering to ensure materials/equipment release for fabrication to meet schedule.
• Prepare final project records and OM manuals.
• Other duties as assigned.
