Qualifications

• Entry-level position with no prior experience required.
• Gain hands-on experience by working with service technicians and field service managers.
• Learn fundamentals of preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting, and how to adjust system controls and perform equipment startups.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and able to work in industrial environments with temperature extremes.

Responsibilities

• Gaining hands-on experience in the field with Technicians and Field Service Manager.
• Developing skills for PM and basic troubleshooting.
• Understanding service requirements.
• Learning how to adjust controls and perform start-up tasks.
• Provide additional support on two-person jobs.
• Equipment cleaning.
• Travel to field sites with Technicians for basic troubleshooting and service of Sullair products.
• Follow standard work for pre- and post-service preparation (expense reports, service reports, travel arrangements, timecards).
• Follow Environmental Health and Safety policies.
