Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years in licensed trade or related schooling or experience preferred.
• Ability to read and work from blueprints is required.
• Must pass verbal and technical proficiency tests.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of steam boilers, chillers, and ancillary HVAC equipment.
• Ensure timely repair and maintenance of related systems; help with preventive maintenance records.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clear records of work performed.
