MPW Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Apprentice to support shop operations and assist with maintenance, repair, and equipment tasks.

This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands-on work in an industrial setting and is eager to learn from experienced team members. You'll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real-world projects while developing practical engineering and maintenance skills that support the organization’s premier

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn in an industrial setting.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely with tools.
• Develop hands-on maintenance and equipment knowledge through training.

Responsibilities

• Assist shop personnel with maintenance, repair, and general support tasks.
• Organize tools, equipment, materials, and work areas for a safe shop.
• Support equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Assist with cleaning, preparing, and staging equipment for service.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.
• Learn shop processes and maintenance procedures through hands-on training.
• Move materials and equipment within the shop or yard.
