Job summary

Henderson Engineers is seeking an Engineering Applications Lead to own the lifecycle management of the firm’s engineering application portfolio. You will lead coordination with engineering leadership, IT, and vendors, ensuring platforms are stable, versioned, and aligned with project delivery needs.

You will establish governance, maintain support processes, and drive improvements across engineering tools while partnering with multiple teams to enable reliable, business-critical services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, construction technology, or related field required.
• 7+ years of experience supporting, administering, or managing engineering/design applications in architecture, engineering, construction, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Own operational health and service delivery model for engineering applications portfolio.
• Establish and maintain support processes, service expectations, escalation paths, and operating rhythms for engineering platforms.
• Partner with Engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to define priorities and ensure services align with operational needs.
• Monitor service performance, incidents, and risks to drive stability and usability.
