Job summary

Dominion Energy seeks a seasoned leader to build and mature the Engineering Analytics & Modeling organization. You will guide forecasting, measurement analysis, modeling, and cross-disciplinary teams to turn emerging methods into trusted services within a large regulated utility.

The role requires shaping strategy, developing leaders, and forging enterprise relationships to deliver measurable business impact. It is a frontline leadership position, not a hands-on technical role.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of leadership in engineering, analytics, or related technical fields.
• Proven ability to build and mature technical teams and programs.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy, priorities, and roadmaps to mature forecasting and modeling into repeatable services.
• Coach and align engineers, data scientists, modelers, and project leaders across disciplines.
• Translate long-term objectives into executable portfolios and measures of impact.
• Advance forecasting with transparent, explainable, scenario-based methods.
• Promote rigorous review of assumptions and methods for reusable learning.
• Build productive enterprise relationships to enable adoption of new approaches.
• Oversee staffing, performance management, onboarding, and day-to-day supervision.
