Job summary

Dominion Energy seeks a seasoned Supervisor of Engineering Analytics & Modeling to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering forecasting, measurement analysis, and modeling capabilities for electric transmission and related systems. This leadership role focuses on strategy, governance, and enterprise alignment rather than individual technical work.

Qualifications

Minimum seven (7) years in engineering, analytics, or leadership roles.
Proven track record building and maturing technical organizations.
Ability to lead across multiple domains and translate complex concepts into business outcomes.
Demonstrated capability to manage ambiguity and drive delivery.
Experience maturing capabilities in a large, regulated enterprise.

Responsibilities

Set direction and mature capabilities: establish strategy, priorities, roadmaps, and operating practices.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists, modelers, and domain experts.
Connect strategy to execution with executable portfolios and delivery commitments.
Advance forecasting capabilities to support operations, planning, and capital strategy.
Grow measurement analysis and modeling through telemetry, validation, and simulation.
