Job summary

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) is seeking an Engineering Aide in San Diego, CA (Poway) to support the FCCB for minor engineering changes and provide technical and documentation support to Electrical Engineering.

Under minimal supervision, you will coordinate CAD updates, prepare FCCB briefings, track CR/CN status, and assist with electrical and cable harness tasks, data analysis, and drawing preparation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering or related field; six years of related experience.
• Able to read and interpret schematics and drawings.
• DoD security clearance required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison to FCCB for minor CRs and CNs.
• Coordinate CAD updates and drawing approvals.
• Prepare FCCB briefings and track CR/CN status.
• Provide electrical engineering support and data analysis.
