Job summary

IMEG is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Rock Island, IL. The role provides administrative support to engineering teams and handles day-to-day tasks, including using IMEG templates. You will contribute to meeting project goals and client expectations while upholding IMEG standards.

State of Illinois Pay Range is $45,000-$55,000 annually. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, retirement plans, and opportunities for career growth within a 100+ office, employee-owned firm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate degree is preferred.
• No experience is required, 1 year experience in engineering administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote IMEG Standards
• Assist assigned team and other teams as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of project/client, corporate, and employee matters
• Work with engineering specifications for all applicable disciplines
• Attend and actively contribute to group meetings
• Phone answering as needed
• Arrange meetings/travel as needed for team/office
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail and shipping as needed
