Qualifications

• 60 hours of coursework in business, education, or social sciences.
• 10 years of experience in academic advising with 2 years in a leadership role; every 30 hours beyond 60 can substitute for one year of experience.
• Experience in a four-year higher education institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for all academic advisors within the College of Engineering.
• Oversee academic advising operations across the College to ensure high-quality service to students.
• Identify opportunities to improve the student experience and advising outcomes.
• Establish and implement consistent advising standards and best practices.
• Build collaborations across university levels and advocate for changes to advising.
