Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years' experience working with college students in an academic counseling capacity
• Master's Degree in a related field and 6 years' experience working with college students in an academic counseling capacity
• PhD in a related field and 4 years' experience working with college students in an academic counseling capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of advising unit: manage undergraduate academic advising services and support advising staff.
• Course and Curriculum Management: manage scheduling, catalog updates, and grade reporting.
• Data Requests, Analysis, and Program Assessment: manage enrollments and provide data for department chair.
• Faculty Support: provide resources to faculty and serve on departmental committees.
• Admission and Outreach: participate in recruitment events.
• Professional Development: maintain development through professional organizations.
• Student Records: create and maintain student records using Advisor Toolkit and related systems.
• Other related functions as assigned by the department Chair and Director.
