• Provide individual and group academic advising to undergraduate Chemical Engineering students.
• Monitor degree progress and assist students with academic planning, registration, and university policies.
• Develop advising materials and resources.
• Connect students with appropriate university resources and support services.
• Administer department-level undergraduate research awards, scholarships, and cash prizes, including coordination of nomination and selection processes.
• Coordinate the McKetta Tutors and Graders Program, including recruitment, student assignments, and performance management.
• Manage the McKetta Peer Advisors Program, including recruitment, training, scheduling, payroll coordination, and performance oversight.
• Coordinate the First-Year Interest Group (FYIG) program and related activities.
