• Background in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and build trust.
• Excellent sourcing techniques and digital tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement recruitment strategies for engineering, A&P, and OEM roles.
• Manage full recruitment cycle from needs assessment to onboarding.
• Conduct market research on hiring trends and advise stakeholders.
• Leverage ATS and sourcing tools to optimize candidate experience.
• Develop candidate generation strategies for high-volume roles.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and process improvements.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience and positive company image.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Manage multiple requisitions and projects in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborate with hiring stakeholders to align recruitment with business needs.
