Job summary

The Adecco Group in Arlington, TX is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary and direct-hire roles, build a strong candidate pipeline, and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates. You will manage the ATS, use major job boards, and develop relationships with local clients to support retention and growth.

You will conduct behavioral interviews, coach candidates on resumes and interviews, and help align talent with client needs while contributing to sales

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing.
• Experience using ATS to track candidates and jobs.
• Familiarity with major job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Understanding of sales principles as they apply to staffing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for temporary, temporary hire, and direct hire roles.
• Manage the ATS and digital tools to monitor the selection process.
• Develop local recruiting relationships and coordinate recruiting events.
• Qualify candidates against standard requirements and conduct behavioral interviews.
• Assist candidates with resume and interview preparation.
• Enter and track candidate data in ATS.
• Build relationships with clients to ensure service quality and retention.
• Provide coaching to candidates on job performance and development.
• Price and sell staffing services when needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends, clients, and competition.
