Presbyterian Homes & Services - Boutwells Landing in Oak Park Heights, MN seeks an Engineer Technician to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe, efficient environment per regulations and policies.

Reporting to the Environmental Services Director, this mid-level role supports a large community offering Assisted Living and related services, with comprehensive benefits and a focus on safety and quality of life for residents.

Presbyterian Homes & Services - Boutwells Landing is seeking an Engineer Technician for our team.The Engineer Technician is a mid-level maintenance/engineering position that is responsible for creating a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.

REPORTING STRUCTURE: The Engineer Technician reports to the Environmental Services Director.

Responsibilities

Pay Range

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $20.22 - $24.92 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.

Benefits

Full-time benefits-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week:
