Presbyterian Homes & Services in Bloomington, MN seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep buildings, grounds, and equipment safe and well maintained. The role reports to the Environmental Services Director and follows a 1:00 PM–9:30 PM schedule with alternating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and secure environment by maintaining buildings, grounds, and equipment per policies.

• Execute site responsibilities for buildings and grounds as defined by site leadership.
• Assignments may include floor care, resident moves, remodeling, painting, building maintenance, customer requests, landscape care, snow removal, pools, and other projects.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for creating a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.

Pay Range

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $19.75 - $22.64 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.

Full-time benefits-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week:
