Grundfos is seeking an Engineer, Support Specialist to join the USA Customer Sales & Support Center in Brookshire, TX. You will be the internal partner for strategic accounts, resolving complex inquiries and ensuring smooth order fulfillment while growing long-term relationships.

You should have an engineering degree or related technical background, 3+ years pump industry experience with customer-facing roles, and proficiency in SAP/CRM, Excel, Power BI.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical degree required, with 3+ years in pump industry or similar; customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in SAP/CRM and data tools (Excel, Power BI).
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule from Brookshire, TX; U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated support contact for strategic accounts across order-to-delivery lifecycle.
• Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and engagement.
• Process complex orders, coordinate changes, and consolidate shipments for project-based sales.
• Deliver training and onboarding materials for strategic account personnel.
• Collaborate with Sales, Regional Managers, Finance, and Supply Chain to resolve disputes proactively.

As our new Engineer, Support Specialist, you’ll become the go‑to internal partner for key strategic accounts within our Commercial Building Services division. You’ll tackle complex technical questions, support smooth order execution, and spot opportunities to strengthen long‑term customer relationships. What you will be doing

As a key part of the USA Customer Sales & Support Center (CSSC) team, you'll create impact by Strengthening strategic customer relationships and expanding market presence by delivering tailored solutions that position Grundfos as a comprehensive, one-stop solution provider. As our new Engineer, Support Specialist, you will be serving as the primary internal point of contact for strategic accounts within our Commercial Building Services division, resolving complex inquiries and ensuring seamless order fulfillment while identifying opportunities to grow business relationships.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Serve as the dedicated support contact for strategic accounts, managing escalated inquiries across the full order-to-delivery lifecycle including quotations, order processing, shipment tracking, and complaint resolution
• Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive sales growth, strengthen customer engagement, and support revenue targets
• Process and manage complex orders, coordinate customer-requested changes, and consolidate shipments to improve delivery efficiency for project-based sales
• Organize and deliver training and onboarding activities for strategic account employees, including tailored CSSC materials and sales presentations
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Regional Managers, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve disputes, credit issues, and supply chain concerns proactively
• Promote Grundfos digital self-help tools (GPC, MyGrundfos, Extranet) and provide regular reporting on key account performance, opportunities, and risks

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a highly organized, analytically sharp professional with deep customer service experience, technical aptitude for pump products, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to elevate the customer experience. We would also imagine that you have:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical degree in lieu of degree 3+ years of relevant pump industry experience with direct customer-facing engagement
• Proficiency with SAP R/3 or S/4HANA and CRM platforms preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including advanced Excel (macros, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and experience with Power BI dashboards
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule based out of the Brookshire, TX facility. Authorization to work in the USA without employer sponsorship

It is a plus if you also have:

• Technical expertise in reading and interpreting pump designs, specifications, and related documentation
• Familiarity with the order-to-cash (OTC) cycle, supply chain processes, or operations environments
• Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and peers across cross-functional teams without direct authority

The salary range for this position is $64,000 to $100,000. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s & Peerless Pump Company total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Certain roles are eligible to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization.
