Job summary

Accelera in Moline, IL, is seeking an OFP Quality Engineer for the Cylinder facility. The role runs 7:00 AM–3:30 PM on the first shift and involves hands-on QA across welding, plating, machining and assembly.

You will monitor scrap and non-conforming materials, lead corrective actions, manage MRB processes, perform data analysis to spot trends, and ensure accurate reporting and functioning of AAT and QDAS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with scrap, non-conforming materials, the Material Review Board, and cleanliness verification.
• Main quality representative for welding, plating, machining, and assembly to ensure product excellence on the factory floor.
• Use data analysis to identify trends and lead corrective actions across production teams.
• Oversee quality reporting and ensure automated systems like AAT and QDAS remain functional.

Pay Details and Benefits:

• The standard hourly wage is $38.18, with non-exempt staff qualifying for 1.5x overtime pay for hours exceeding 40 per week or as mandated by regional regulations. Final compensation is based on your specific qualifications, education, and professional background.
