Job summary

StepStone Hospitality in Arlington, VA is seeking a Hotel Engineer with proven hotel maintenance experience to ensure smooth operation of our property and guest comfort.

You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, respond to guest requests, coordinate with housekeeping and management, and uphold safety and quality standards, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical tasks, and general repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hotel maintenance and guest services preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
