We’re looking for a spiritedEngineer Maintenance Tech who thrives on fixing, maintaining, and improving our hotel’s vibe — both behind the scenes and throughout the property. If you’re a hands‑on problem solver who loves keeping things running smoothly so our guests can relax and enjoy the beach life, this gig is for you!

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on hotel equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and more
• Diagnose issues and implement practical solutions quickly to minimize downtime
• Keep common areas and guest facilities in tip‑top shape to ensure a welcoming environment
• Work closely with the maintenance and housekeeping teams to coordinate repairs and improvements
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and provide status updates to management
• Help with setup, installation, and projects that keep our resort shining and efficient

Requirements

• Previous maintenance or engineering experience in hospitality or related industries a plus
• Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a can‑do attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a tight‑knit team
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, because the beach waits for no one!
• High school diploma or equivalent
