Dolphin Hotels is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Technician to ensure the safety and functionality of our Treasure Island property. You will perform routine maintenance, address emergency repairs, and respond to guest and staff work orders to keep facilities in top condition.
The role requires hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work evenings or weekends, and follow safety procedures.

Salary Range: $16.00 - $20.00 Hourly Engineer

The Hotel Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the hotel’s facilities in accordance with standards to ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for guests and team members. This includes routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and responding to guest and staff work orders.
Physically demanding role; may involve long periods of standing, bending, lifting, or working in high or confined spaces.
May be exposed to loud noises, extreme temperatures, or hazardous materials.
