Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or engineering experience in hospitality or related industries a plus.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on hotel equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and more.
• Diagnose issues and implement practical solutions quickly to minimize downtime.
• Keep common areas and guest facilities in tip-top shape.
• Work closely with maintenance and housekeeping teams to coordinate repairs and improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
