Elevance Health in Norfolk, VA is seeking an Engineer Lead to own end-to-end system development on enterprise platforms. The role reports to the Pulse Point location and supports 1-2 days in-office weekly, combining collaboration with flexibility for productivity and work-life balance.
You will manage requirements, design reviews with the business, and drive cross‑team initiatives, including vendor evaluation and data migration projects, with a focus on stability and performance.

This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work‑life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

The Engineer Lead is responsible for full delivery of end‑to‑end system development and maintenance on medium Enterprise‑wide technology platforms.
Salary for this specific position is $149,971.50.
