This role is crucial for maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for guests and staff, contributing to the overall guest experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance on all hotel equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations and guest services.
• Collaborate with the hotel management team to develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and inventory of supplies to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

Required Education
