Qualifications

• General maintenance, repair, and facilities experience preferred
• Hotel-specific maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting and repairs preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Complete guest room and hotel maintenance work orders
• Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs
• Handle minor plumbing, electrical, lighting, HVAC, and general building repairs
• Perform preventive maintenance throughout the hotel
• Assist with landscaping and exterior property upkeep
• Maintain pool/spa areas; training will be provided
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for hotel guests

• Friendly and professional demeanor with guests and team members
• Driver’s license strongly preferred

Schedule

• Full‑time and part‑time positions available
• Hotels operate seven days a week, so rotating weekends and holidays are required
• Rotating on‑call coverage is required (premium pay for call‑ins)
