Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn is seeking a reliable, hands-on Hotel Maintenance Engineer to keep our property well‑maintained for guests and team members. This role suits someone mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable with a variety of building maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• General maintenance, repair, mechanical, construction, or facilities experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Hilton‑branded hotel standards.
• Driver’s license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete guest room and hotel maintenance work orders.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Handle minor plumbing, electrical, lighting, HVAC, and general building repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance throughout the hotel.
• Assist with landscaping and exterior property upkeep.
• Maintain pool/spa areas; training will be provided.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for hotel guests.

Schedule

• Full‑time and part‑time positions available
• Hotels operate seven days a week, so rotating weekends and holidays are required
• Rotating on‑call coverage is required (premium pay for call‑ins)
