Job Description
The Engineer II is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external customers. The role involves assisting with maintenance work such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, and mechanical tasks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing excellent customer service, effectively interacting with customers and coworkers, and handling difficult situations with resilience.
2. Fabricating, repairing, and maintaining mechanical devices, motors, and pumps.
3. Maintaining an organized workshop by cleaning tools and storage areas.
4. Assisting in building interface or accessory equipment as needed.
5. Responding promptly to maintenance requests to ensure courteous and expert service.
6. Repairing and installing structural woodwork and equipment; preparing surfaces for painting or wall coverings.
7. Performing upholstery work as required.
8. Installing and maintaining flooring materials such as tile, marble, and carpet.
9. Operating milling equipment, lathes, power tools, and welding materials.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of paint mixing techniques and airless spraying equipment.
• Knowledge of upholstery techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Knowledge of materials and installation techniques for carpets, stone flooring, and hardwood floors.
• Understanding of property layout, including sprinkler risers and emergency generator systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses/certifications per regulations.
• Minimum age of 21 years.

Qualifications are typically acquired through a high school diploma and at least two years of related experience, an A.A. degree in a related field, or completion of a recognized apprenticeship program.
