  • Shift Requirements: M-F, 8-5pm after onboarding/training
Responsibilities

This role suits an ambitious professional seeking career growth. As a Customer Service Engineer II, you will:

  • Service MRI Imaging Equipment in Cincinnati, OH. Level based on experience.
  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision.
  • Deliver timely repairs and training to ensure system performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage financial performance within your territory, meeting or exceeding revenue, expense, and inventory goals.
  • Manage company assets including vehicle, phone, tools, and inventory.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and peers, and perform administrative duties accurately.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Familiar with:

  • Servicing medical imaging equipment with minimal supervision.
  • Building customer relationships and administrative accuracy.
  • Testing, repairing, maintaining capital medical equipment.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Using tools and service test equipment proficiently.
  • Basic understanding of electricity, power supplies, grounding.
Minimum Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma; technical degree preferred.
  • Proficient with tools, network applications (eVO, mButler, MS Office, etc.).
  • 3+ years experience as a biomedical or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.
  • Valid driver’s license, ability to drive independently, good driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, work alone, and perform physical tasks.
  • Excellent judgment in customer relations and resource management; knowledge of electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics.
Compensation & Benefits

Annual pay range: $54,896 - $75,482, plus 5% incentive target. Benefits include health, wellness, paid time off, and holidays. More info: benefitsatshs.com
