Job summary

A Bachelor’s in Engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing, CAD/3D skills (CATIA/Delmia/AutoCAD), and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology field; 5+ years in manufacturing.
• Experience with 3D CAD (CATIA/Delmia) and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Kaizen, problem solving, and project management.
• Ability to read and interpret 3D models and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop countermeasures and proposals linked to project goals and KPI.
• Coach others in task-based activities within area of expertise.
• Create accurate schedules with clear milestones and scope.
• Navigate complex scenarios and communicate escalation needs.
• Identify Kaizen opportunities and collaborate on countermeasures.
• Develop process plans, schedules, and project tracking.
