Job summary

Ardurra Group, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to assist senior highway project engineers in designing and developing road contract plans, specifications, and estimates.

You will evaluate design alternatives and compare parameters such as alignments and construction costs, performing standard computations and research as needed. You will support final design plans, cost estimates, and technical provisions, attend design meetings, and prepare administrative documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline plus 5 years of related experience.
• Must have experience with DOT and AASHTO Standards, as well as MUTCD.
• Must have experience with Microstation, AutoTurn, Geopak, Open Roads Designer, Open Bridge, AASHTOWare, Civil 3D, HY-8, ArcGIS, VISSIM, Synchro, and HCS.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office.
• Local and regional travel required up to 10% for site visits.

• Candidate is willing to work on fast pace Design Build projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
