Job summary

Peppermill is seeking an Engineer II to oversee the maintenance and repair of the property, including kitchen equipment and air conditioning units.

You will establish maintenance schedules, respond to management and property needs, and ensure safety by reporting unsafe conditions. Strong troubleshooting and minor repair skills, along with a high school diploma or equivalent, are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school equivalent preferred.
• Experience in basic plumbing, electrical, and metal fabrication preferred.
• Clean DMV Record.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete minor repairs as needed.
• Ability to perform minor demolition projects.
• Ability to work around electrical, water and gas feed lines.

• Complete all general casino repairs.
• Establish and follow effective maintenance schedules.
• Respond promptly to the needs of management and the property.
• Maintain a constant awareness of safety problems and report unsafe conditions and exposure to management.
