Join our technical delivery team as a Mechanical Systems Design Engineer. You'll work on diverse projects designing HVAC systems, structural solutions, and mechanical equipment that bring customer visions to life across multiple industries. Based in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, and the neighboring New York City area, you'll be at the heart of innovation. Are you ready to make an impact?

What will you do?
  • Support the design, implementation, and commissioning of HVAC, BAS/BMS, and building control systems across a variety of customer applications.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, customers, and subcontractors to deliver projects from design through closeout.
  • Assist with equipment selection, controls programming, startup activities, system testing, and technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system, equipment, and customer issues to ensure reliable performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents while maintaining accurate project records and supporting project execution activities.
  • Develop expertise in building automation technologies, software, graphics, and control systems through hands‑on field and project experience.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $70,000 - $80,000 per year, which includes base pay and short‑term incentive.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
