Electrical Engineer – Unit Substations
Location: Nashville Hub – Franklin, TN
Reports To: Operations Manager – Brand Label
Brand Label is positioning for growth, aiming to increase Medium Voltage (MV) Transformer business in coordinated substation solutions. This Electrical Engineer will play a critical role in this journey by coordinating substation designs, developing a comprehensive understanding of our MV Transformer s, and ensuring manufacturing alignment to achieve our ambitious target s.
As a strategic partner to the sales force, project execution teams and our production partners, the Electrical Engineer – Brand Label will be instrumental in delivering best‑in‑class service for unit substation coordination and associated operational requirements. This role involves coordinating unit substation s through digital tools in plant order management, identifying opportunities to improve processes and designs, and driving operational excellence with the utmost accuracy.
For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short‑term incentives. The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
