What you will be doing:
Manage the overall schedule of construction projects and ensure everything is proceeding safely/accurately/timely with knowledge of structural, civil, and architectural aspects.
Develop annual maintenance plans for completed and operational buildings, allocate appropriate budgets, and analyze vendor estimates.
As an architectural engineer, possess legal knowledge regarding layout changes to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Plan and execute construction work inside clean rooms while maintaining their operation.
Manage risk points related to the structure and civil engineering.
Understand the lifespan of each part of the building and develop maintenance plans for each stage.
Plan the schedule for layout changes and renovation work of operational buildings, allocate appropriate budgets, and analyze the adequacy of bid estimates.
Develop and implement management plans for noise, dust, and odors generated during construction work in operational buildings.
Review the adequacy of equipment placement based on knowledge of floor load capacity and vibration requirements.
What you must have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Associate’s Degree may be considered with additional relevant experience in lieu of a BS Degree.
Trade Certification Program is preferred.
At least 3 years of design management experience and 5 years of experience in construction projects is required.
Demonstrated knowledge in operation of industrial and/or commercial processing equipment, semiconductor is preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of industry standards, codes and regulations, safety, and the ability to apply to maintenance operation of the site’s mechanical systems.
Understanding of safety regulations to ensure compliance at construction sites; ability to follow all safety policies and procedures at all times.
Knowledge of construction materials suitable for managing semiconductor equipment and clean rooms including reviewing vibrations and loads based on knowledge of structures.
Ability to review appropriate regulations for layout changes and create CAD drawings.
Ability to recommend improvements in work methods, safety, materials, and tools.
Duties will include all other directions of supervision that can safely be performed by the incumbent.
