JOB SUMMARY:
To provide service facilities, field support personnel and aircraft operators with technical assistance. Provides technical and engineering coordination between the customer, Marketing and Engineering/Manufacturing.Prepares technical proposals and problem summaries for company-wide usage.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
One of the following bullet items is required:
· 4 years of relative aircraft maintenance experience + A&P license required.
· 4 years of relative aircraft maintenance experience + 2-year technical degree required
· 6 years of relative aircraft maintenance experience as an Avionics Technician or like role performing troubleshooting or maintenance on aircraft
· Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in aircraft structural repair, customer support, or relative aircraft maintenance experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Aircraft maintenance experience with extensive avionic technical knowledge, including background knowledge of mechanical, diagnostic, and electrical systems.
· Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills
· Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work in a team environment to meet department level objectives
· Occasional travel, sometimes on short notice
