Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Develop application design by transforming user requirements into technical design models.
  • Constructs an application by developing program source code and test data.
  • Install applications by obtaining implementation approvals.
  • Perform application modification to satisfy business objectives.
  • Plan assigned activities and provide input for project plans.
  • Report on activity progress to inform the Project Leader.
  • Utilize available programming tools to produce deliverables more productively.
  • Promote departmental standards and procedures to ensure quality.

Job Summary

Provide programming and support in the development and enhancement of information systems. Analyst requirements to develop applications that are effective solutions. Receives moderate guidance with specific objectives defined on a weekly review or progress. Has knowledge on a limited variety of systems and understands how the customer uses the systems. Make use of programming languages in the accomplishment of systems development tasks.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develops application’s design by transforming user requirements into technical design models, test plans and design reports to establish the most effective and efficient application solution.
  • Constructs an application by developing program source code, execution control procedures and test data to provide a functioning information system.
  • Installs applications by obtaining implementation approvals to perform computerized support of business functions.
  • Performs assigned application modification to consistently satisfy business objectives.
  • Plans assigned activities and provides input to Project Leader in producing detailed project plans.
  • Reports on activities progress by communication activities status to inform Project Leader of actual achievement.
  • Utilizes the available programming tools by educating oneself on tools and applying tools on programming activities to produce application deliverables more productively.
  • Promotes departmental standards and procedures by complying with published standards and procedures to ensure the quality of our information systems.
Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree required in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related Field.

IT or relative experience required.
