The Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking an Engineer 3 to join our dynamic Engineering Team. You will provide service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems, ensuring the reliability of guest amenities and operations.

Open 24/7, our team works with dedication to guest comfort and safety. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of engineering experience in a hospitality setting and is authorized to work in the United States.

• 1–2 years of engineering experience in hospitality
• Knowledge of tools and equipment used in engineering
• Work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

• Perform service and repairs on hotel equipment (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and related systems).
• Respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient manner to minimize guest disruption.
• Support 24/7 hotel operations; be flexible for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and safety compliance as part of the engineering team.

What You Will Do

Are you excited about delivering the best Hotel experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! Engineers are responsible for providing service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire and safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating, and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient manner. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Engineer 3 to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You Bring

• Knowledge of various tools and equipment used in Engineering
• One to two years’ experience working as an Engineer
• Work authorization in the United States
