The Durst Organization is seeking an Engineer at 26-01 First Street, Astoria, NY 11102 to operate and maintain MEP systems across multiple properties. The role involves hands-on diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and safe operation of chillers and boilers.
Shift is Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am with Friday and Saturday off; you will support staff and subcontractors and ensure resident comfort and safety. Licensing and BMS experience preferred for this role.
