The Role

Under general supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Stationary Engineer will be responsible for the safe and proper operations of all aspects of the facilities systems, including HVAC, electrical equipment, electrical distribution and fire protection systems, boiler plant maintenance, chiller plant, plumbing, and all machinery and physical structure. Beyond ensuring a safe, timely and high-quality operation. MUST hold a NYC High Pressure Boiler License.

What You’ll Do

• Perform PMs on units throughout the facility. Make periodic inspections of equipment and minor repairs to such equipment.

Schedule: 2:00am-2:00pm Mon-Wed (36 hours - Full Time).
