Role Description

The Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Atlanta, GA, supporting the maintenance and efficient operation of TWELVE Hotels and Residences properties. Responsibilities include monitoring, maintaining, and repairing building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment to ensure guest comfort and safety. The Engineer will perform preventative maintenance, respond to service requests and emergencies, and document all work completed according to property standards. This role partners closely with the operations and housekeeping teams to minimize downtime, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and support a clean, well-functioning environment. The Engineer is expected to provide professional, courteous service to guests and colleagues while maintaining a high standard of quality and reliability.
