The Engineering Technician II will support Base Engine, Test, and Engineering teams in developing and executing test programs, instrumenting engines, and collecting data in a lab environment.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in automotive technology or related field.
• ASE or similar certifications preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in engine development or automotive testing.

Responsibilities

• Setup and instrumentation of the test article.
• Fabrication of test fixtures, mounting and adapting hardware, and fluid systems.
• Installation of test articles onto test stands.
• Installation, maintenance, and calibration of testing equipment.
• Interface with PCs and data acquisition systems for tests.
