Job summary

Power Solutions International (PSI) is seeking an Engineering Technician III to support Base Engine, Test, and Engineering teams in engine development and validation. You will instrument, install, and operate test articles and data acquisition systems to generate actionable results for internal customers.

Role requires a two-year automotive tech degree, 5+ years of engine development or automotive testing experience, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications

Two-year technical degree in automotive technology or related field.
ASE or similar certifications preferred.
Experience with engine development or automotive testing is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement standardized testing methods and procedures.
Set up instrumentation and test articles on stands.
Operate test equipment and collect data for analysis.
Prepare data summaries and test reports for internal customers.
Mentor junior technicians in teardown and test best practices.
