You will maintain test rigs, assist with test planning, and document observations for engineering evaluation, while prioritizing safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on mechanical or technical experience in automotive, motorsports, powertrain development, testing, or related environments.
• Experience with engine/chassis dynamometers or component test rigs, including setup, operation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engines, components, test articles, and test systems for testing; install configurations and verify readiness.
• Execute tests following defined plans; operate dynamometer cells and data-acquisition equipment.
• Maintain test cells and equipment; perform routine maintenance and adjustments.
• Record test configurations, conditions, and observations; review data for quality and anomalies.
• Communicate findings and support engineering evaluation of test results.
