Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical experience in automotive or motorsports.
• Experience operating dynamometer test equipment.
• Ability to install, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate engine dynamometers and related test equipment to support engine development and testing.
• Perform engine and powertrain installation, removal, and test-cell changes.
• Install, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation and fixtures.
• Execute test procedures while monitoring engine performance and data quality.
• Collect and verify test data for accuracy and compliance with requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance and light repairs on dynamometer systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate test records and calibration logs.
• Support safety, reliability, and testing efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to support goals.
