Qualifications

• Technical or college coursework in automotive/mechanical engineering technology.
• 3+ years hands-on mechanical/technical experience in testing environments.
• Experience with engine/chassis dynamometers and test rigs.
• Knowledge of data acquisition, sensors, and test-control systems.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word; safety and teamwork focus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engines, components, and test systems for testing.
• Operate dynamometer test cells and related control and data systems.
• Monitor test parameters and data quality; troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain and upgrade test equipment; ensure safety and readiness.
• Document configurations, results, and maintenance actions.
