POWER BY THE HOUR PERFORMANCE is seeking an Engine Swap & Performance Parts Specialist who understands performance vehicles, engine swaps, and aftermarket parts. You will help enthusiasts get the right parts for their project the first time and build long-term relationships with customers and resto-mod shops.

You will advise on Ford engine swap applications, diagnose problems, and assemble complete parts packages while staying current on new products and swap tech.

Qualifications

• Must understand automotive performance parts and their application.
• Hands-on experience with engines and engine swaps.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical info to customers.
